We understand that sometimes people don’t have access to a webcam. That is why we came up with the Elevatus mobile service where candidate receive a text message with a recording link, very easy to use. So candidates can take part in video interviews with their mobile devices and tablets that already have cameras built in. That means that they can even use Elevatus on the go.

Job postings are not limited. We encourage all Employers to post as many jobs as they have available.

When you login to your profile, there will be a tab along the left-hand side of the screen called "Manage Jobs". Click on this tab to view a list of all the jobs you have posted. From this screen, you will also be able to add, edit, and delete job postings.

Although it is not required, it is highly recommended that Employers post a video. A company video pitch will give Job Seekers a closer and more in-depth look at your company. The video pitch could be a piece of promotional material, a video tour, or a short speech from an executive or hiring manager. Our Job Seekers like to learn about the companies they are applying for, and adding a video pitch gives them a deeper sense of what your company is about.

Your Recruiting Pipeline represents the stages you'll move candidates through in the hiring process … from their first contact with you, straight through to disqualification or hiring.

Each column in the pipeline represents a stage in the interview process. These stages vary by company (and sometimes role) and are fully customizable in Elevatus.

  • 1. Drag and Drop: The easiest way to move candidates to another stage in the pipeline is to Drag and Drop their candidate card into the new stage

  • 2. Within A Candidate's Card: When viewing a candidate card, you can choose the horizontal arrow button to access a list of stages, selecting the one you'd like to move the candidate to.

  • 3. Moving Multiple Candidates at Once: Sometimes you need to move multiple candidates to a different stage in the process. To do so, click on Candidates from the position view. Select the candidates you would like to advance, click the move candidates button and choose the stage you'd like from the dropdown menu.

  • 1. Scheduling a Candidate Interview

    To schedule a candidate interview, click the candidate profile from the manage job" section, then click on the icon in the top, right-hand corner of their card. Choose to invite the candidate for a full interview or one-way interview. Then select a date and time then, like most traditional scheduling tools, you'll enter the meeting title, location, and details.

  • 2. Multiple Interviews at Once

    Elevatus also gives you the ability to schedule multiple interviews with a candidate, all at once.

  • 3. Candidate Emails

    After choosing the date and time, you can compose the email to the candidate.

  • 4. Calendar View

    To see a calendar view of all scheduled interviews for a position, open the interview link in the navigation bar on the left. Now you can see an overview of all scheduled interviews.
